Fresh Products
Flowers are considered a perishable item. If you are not satisfied with your arrangement, you may request either a refund or a replacement, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Refusal on Delivery
If you are unhappy with the flower arrangement at the time of delivery, you may refuse to accept the order. Refusing the delivery allows the issue to be recorded immediately and helps us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Timeframe for Returns or Replacements
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, any request for a return, replacement, or refund must be made within 1 hour of receiving the order.
Requests made after this timeframe may not be accepted, as we cannot guarantee the condition of the flowers beyond this period.
Investigation Process
Once a return or replacement request is submitted, we will review the details provided. This may include photographs of the arrangement and a brief explanation of the issue.
This process helps us understand what went wrong and ensures that any resolution is fair and appropriate.
Refunds or Replacements
If the issue is deemed valid, you may choose one of the following options:
- A full refund
- A replacement arrangement of equal value
Replacements are subject to flower availability and may vary slightly in appearance while maintaining the overall style and value.
Refund Processing Time
If you choose a refund, please allow 5–7 working days for the refund to be processed and credited back to the original payment method.
