2. Orders
All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order until it has been processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in certain circumstances, including but not limited to product availability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse of the website.
3. Products & Availability
All floral arrangements are handcrafted and may vary slightly from the images shown on the website. Images are provided for guidance only.
Due to seasonal availability, some flowers may be substituted with blooms of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, colour palette, and design intent.
4. Fresh & Perishable Goods
Flowers are perishable products. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the appearance and longevity of flowers can vary depending on season, environment, and care.
Once delivered or collected, responsibility for the care of the flowers passes to the customer.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing an order. We accept payment through the methods displayed on our website at checkout.
In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
6. Pre-Orders
Some products may be offered as pre-orders. Estimated availability dates are provided for guidance only and may change due to factors beyond our control.

7. Delivery
Delivery dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed unless explicitly stated. Delays caused by weather conditions, access issues, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of KS Bloomery.
If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by the customer, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, any concerns must be reported within the timeframe stated in our Refund & Returns Policy.
9. Cancellations
Orders for fresh flowers cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun. Cancellation requests made after this point may not be eligible for a refund.
Pre-orders may be cancelled within a reasonable timeframe before preparation begins.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the website.
